Feature
An individual value plotshows a dot for the actual value of each observation in a group making it easy to spot outliers and see distribution spread. An individual value plot works best when the sample size is less than approximately 50.
Description
These types of plots are created for individual housing. These plot types can comfortably house a single family of variable sizes. These plots are generally divided into sections of similarly proportioned allotments to build similarly proportioned homes. Under these plots, the general income demographic targeted by plot sellers ranges from LIG (Low Income Groups) to MIG (Middle Income Groups). However, other income groups can also sometimes opt for individual residential plots.
